Charles Petri, President
Charles oversees the entire organization. He focuses on quality control, job site management and researching new products & process.
Charles grew up in Ventura County. He is a licensed painting contractor, roofing contractor, general Building contractor and aircraft mechanics. He started working for his dad at his family’s precision machining business since he was 15. The experience in precision machining has developed his strong sense of “attention to details” that he carries with him to all his work. Charles believes all work should start and end with Quality.
Charles’ diverse background and expertise in many trades have made him a great “problem solver”. He has a passion for construction and remodeling and always learn new ways to improve his work and business.
Lucy Song Petri, Chief “Customer-Satisfaction” Officer
Lucy manages the business operation, marketing and customer service. She communicates directly with each customer to address their needs and concerns, and works with our designers and customers to finalize project design and estimate as well. Her goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction in every project.
Lucy grew up in China. She moved to United States in College. She graduated from UCLA Anderson School of Business with master’s degree in business administration. Lucy was an advertising and marketing executive before she joined Charles to start the business.
Clark Lange, Project Manager
Clark manages the painting and remodeling projects from start to finish, including estimating, product selection, process and job site supervision.
Clark is a master painter and finish carpenter with over 30 years’ experience. He also has many years of experience in residential remodeling. He has worked and supervised in many large residential, commercial and industrial painting and coating projects in California, Nevada and Arizona.
He is trained and certified in Lead Abatement & Removal, Occupational Health & Safety.
